Seems mp3info supports various coding systems. It outputs in 'gbk(a
chinese charset) for me.

Since it's the default value of emms-info-mp3info-coding-system. i
thought if these two were same, then the conversion is unnecessary. i
myself don't care it much, as i always have to set it explicitly, like
(setq emms-info-mp3info-coding-system 'gbk
emms-lyrics-coding-system 'gbk
emms-cache-file-coding-system 'utf-8)
