This is a bug.

This is a feature.
Or rather, please don't use `emms-player-stopped-p' to check
whether EMMS is playing, use `emms-player-playing-p'.
`emms-player-stopped-p' is used internally to disable automatic
continuing if the player requested EMMS to stop playing.
