It seems that many people get most of their packages from elpa or melpa.
This does not play completely well for emms because if you want to use
libtag you need to compile the C program  emms-print-metadata.

I wonder if we should offer to compile this on behalf of the user if
emms-info-libtag is loaded and emms-print-metadata is not found in the exec
path?  There is prior art for this sort of thing (example: pdf-tools needs
to build epdfinfo).

I would be happy to look into this if people think it is a good idea.
