[BUG] MPD player status doesn't update if another client modifies mpd

Hey,

I noticed that when another mpd client modifies mpd e.g. by pausing mpd
the status in Emms isn't updated.
So for example the Emms modeline timer still continues even thou the
track/player is paused.
