Do you mean annotate the name of a playlist with additional text which only appears in the metaplaylist buffer? Second, the order of the metaplaylist buffer is presented as an alphanumerical sort because the order of Emms playlists changes, and it would be annoying if every time you visited the metaplaylist buffer they would be in a different order.
