Sorry, but that was me.

I assumed, that files that are delete from the dist directory are NOT removed 
from the mirrors.
After I received the urgent cleanup request for the dist directory, I removed 
everything to be sure.

So far I also assumed that previous releases will remain on the mirrors, which 
is obviously not true.

Hence I will change all our references to old releases to 
http://archive.apache.org/dist
