I'm testing my company's code now so I'm afraid I can't make it public. 
These are the sizes for my files:

xxx.worker.js ~100mb
xxx.js.mem ~9mb

My Chrome info:
Version 48.0.2564.116 beta-m (64-bit)
OS: Windows 10 (64bit)
