Oh ok, this is due to old emsdk installation that does not yet have
Binaryen in it. I'm currently working on getting the new emsdk bundle live,
in the meanwhile you can bootstrap directly to a development version with

git clone https://github.com/juj/emsdk.git

to get the version that does have binaryen-master-64bit.
