Thanks, I think I see. I don't think there's a way to link dynamic
libraries as static ones in that sense.

As mentioned above, please provide a testcase for the relocation error, so
we can fix it. Otherwise, for the missing bitcode inputs in the other
command, you can probably turn that into just a warning with -s
ERROR_ON_UNDEFINED_SYMBOLS=0 -s ERROR_ON_MISSING_LIBRARIES=0
