WGLC for draft-ietf-emu-chbind-04.txt has been completed (a while ago). Two people submitted comments, both indicating that the draft is not ready to be advanced. The comments raised rather fundamental issues that cannot be quickly resolved and will require further discussions.
I will send out more detailed comments for each received comment shortly and hope that we can discuss and resolve those issues at the next meeting in Anaheim, to finally move this draft forward.
