The 34th issue of MEA Bulletin includes reports on this week's decision by the UN Economic and Social Council regarding the report of the seventh session of the UN Forum on Forests (UNFF 7), and three recent meetings organized by the Convention on Biological Diversity. The guest article presents the UN Economic Commission for Europe's recent assessment of transboundary rivers, lakes and groundwaters in the UNECE region. The article was authored by Francesca Bernardini, Rainer Enderlein and Ella Behlyarova of the UN Economic Commission for Europe.
