On Tuesday, December 9th, an event organised by Mitigation Action Plans and Scenarios (MAPS) Programme and Switzerland took place at COP 20 in collaboration with Chile, Colombia, Peru and the Brazilian Climate Change Forum. Titled “Innovation in the development of INDCs. The MAPS Experience”, this was an occasion for participants to engage in a conversation with participant countries of the MAPS platform to discuss how this country-led process is fostering South-South Cooperation and helping developing countries to set their Intended Nationally Determined Contributions (INDCs). Reporting Services (IISD RS) added video coverage to our reporting services in May 2013. Our team of experienced videographers now works alongside our Earth Negotiations Bulletin, ENB on the Side (ENBOTS) and Conference Reporting Services teams to provide daily video reports and/or summary wrap-up videos of MEA and related events. The video coverage supplements our written and website reporting and helps ensure that an events' key messages and outcomes are broadcast to the sustainable development policy community both at the meeting and around the globe in a succinct and vivid manner. Our video coverage is featured on the IISD RS website and social media sites and disseminated through our community listservs, reaching tens of thousands of subscribers.
