Today in class we went over the reading "Why do they hate us". We talked about many different topics. Among these was allies and how some people despise us because of them. Another question that we asked is why we involve ourselves in the conflicts of others. The main reason for this is because we feel the need to regulate nearly everything due to our world power stance. Another of the topics was is Christianity that much unlike Muslim in its goals? We pretty much so agreed that for the most part both religions are mainly looking for peace. There are a few people within these religions that are violent, but for the most part we are similar. After the conclusion of the discussion Craig passed out the next reading and told us to type a one page response that covers all of the various sections.
