For tonight's homework, I'd like you to give me some feedback to help me plan the syllabus for next quarter. We will have formal evaluations on Friday, but I won't be able to look at those till after the end of the quarter. If you could answer a few questions to help me do some planning this week, I'd appreciate it.
1. You have just finished, or are in the process of finishing, your research project. What comments do you have about the group assignment? Was it helpful working in a group? What worked particularly well? What about the project should be changed: any steps that should be changed, eliminated, reordered? 2. How useful has journal writing been in understanding the readings, coming up with ideas for papers, and practicing writing? 3. Have you found it useful receiving minutes recapping what happened in class? 4. Do you have any other suggestions for making my classes better next quarter? Thanks, Craig
