Love the post, Parth! *@All *- I've started a draft [1] <https://www.gnome.org/wp-admin/post.php?post=6454&action=edit> of the birthday announcement on wordpress that I'd like to schedule to post tomorrow. I need your help:
*General editing.* Can someone please proofread and help me edit the draft? I think it may have too much going on so feel free to hack it apart. I took some of Allan's suggestions from up above and included the original email announcement and a picture of Federico. I reached out to Miguel to see if he has time to send a recent picture too. *Formatting.* I don't know how to format wordpress properly, so can't add the breaks that I want. It looks a bit off now. *@Allan or Fabiana* - any chance you can help edit the formatting of the draft? I'd love to learn formatting tips from you later on IRC or a private email. *Filling in the "Did you know?" section. * I added a short section that is supposed to say how many current contributors we have, how many countries are represented, and how many stories we closed this year. The problem is, I don't know any of this info. I think some of you might - can anyone help either supply the info or point me out in the right direction? I will remove the section if nobody responds. Please feel free to suggest an alternative to these cool facts. It'd be great to include something most people don't know. Thank you again for your help, everyone! Especially given such short notice.
