userportal: Hide extra VM Virtual Disk buttons In VM Virtual Disk sub-tab of original UserPortal, there are following action buttons: New, Edit, Remove. In the same sub-tab of WebAdmin, there are some extra action buttons: Move, Activate, Deactivate. This patch makes sure those extra buttons are hidden in UserPortal, assuming they should be hidden.
