core: fixing a bug when importing 3.0 VM or template that has interfaces Templates and VMs that was exported in 3.0 failed to import to 3.1 The reason was luck of references for nics (in OvfReader:BuildRefernces) Patch adds missing nics references in the case that VM or Template from 3.0 is imported to 3.1 Cluster.
