Patch Set 1: The localized files shouldn't be amended manually as they're being translated/pulled from Zanata system. I assume that the bug can simply be moved to i18n team for re-translation. However, the affect is quite major here, so maybe we should make an exception? (i.e. merge this patch and open a new bug for i18n team?)
