ok, a quick solution the problem
Refactor Constants.java to a new package called constants
(new location uicompat/constants.Constants.java)
and add to webadmin.pom this line:
<source>../uicompat/src/main/java/org/ovirt/engine/ui/uicompat/constants</source>
before this line:
<source>../uicommonweb/src/main/java</source>
Please add it to the patch.
