This is marked as:

 %config(noreplace) %{engine_etc}/sysprep

Why do we need it at /etc/ at all? why can we provide it at 
/usr/share/ovirt-engine/conf/sysprep? if user wants a different file he can 
install a new osinfo configuration which points to his file.
