This method performs a check that a given disk has no derived disk.
This method isn't aware from where it's being called and that it's called for
template disk, therefore i don't want to add it to the name - it "knows" that
it gets a disk and check it for it.
Anyway, the name doesn't matter that much so we'll both waste time on it :) so
let's focus on having the name clearer as you suggest, assuming that we won't
add the word template - what name would you want here?
