webadmin: adding change localization to the login no bz Adding change localization combobox to the login popup. The locales in this combo are the native display name of the system available locales (the locales registered in WebAdmin.gwt.xml/UserPortal.gwt.xml). Choosing new locale refreshes the window and displays the page in the selected locale.
