Just reminding you that this may be pushed, but may very well be reverted.

We have serious issues with the design, and just found one more;

Since anonymous elements are uncontrolled and unmanaged (cannot be seen in the 
QoS view, nor managed), users utilizing it may not be aware of the results.

For example if a specific host has an override giving migration network a bad 
SLA, important VMs will choke when migrating into and out of this host. And not 
way to understand / debug it unless you know what to look for.
Just to visualize, think of hosted engine VM choking.

Basically current design is not considering migration, so 
SLA is changing from one host to another. This is a serious issue.
