Patch Set 2: Correct, the logic that used to work no longer worked, so I had to update it to the new situation. Before the result would be empty (I checked for that), and if the result was not empty I refreshed. However now I have to check that the result is not empty and after sorting (it already did that) I also have to check that the last element in the result was not already in the stored item list.
