core: Use allow snapshot attribute on disk update. Update allow snapshot field in the disk according to the shareable disk flag. Validate that disk can not be configured as shared if it contains snapshots in it or boot indication. Also update the vm snapshot id to null if the disk can not be use in a snapshot.
