core: Adding template vNIC: Add VmDevice (#822129) https://bugzilla.redhat.com/822129 Bug is a regression due to itroduction of stable device addresses feature. The fix is the missing VmDevice for this interface. Additionally, the device needs to be removed when removing the vNIC from the template, and when the whole template is removed.
