Missing:
* move classes to gwt-common (used in user portal as well?)
* currently only hosts can configure NUMA, should be added to add/edit VM (and
derivatives) dialogs as well.
* finalize d&d and contexts menus ("NUMA" actions).
* look & feel (css, images, etc.).
* integrate with backend internal API.
* verification.
