Patch Set 2: Updates are needed to make sure we can limit the vm or provide more resources if something goes bad. This is a part of the requirements and the first update is a private case of the general idea of allowing updates when the VM is running. We can improve it later on to include the first update in the runvm process, but this will not change the idea of allowing updates to a running VM.
