core: VdsBrokerObjectBuilderTest: Partial UnPowerMock Stopped PowerMocking VdsBrokerObjectBuilder in VdsBrokerObjectBuilderTest, and opted for regular Mockito mocking where possible. This solution is incomplete, but is a step in the right direction of completely removing PowerMock from the project.
