core: Extracting OvfDataUpdater logic to commands This patch moves the ovf update logic resides within the OvfDataUpdater to BLL commands, so that it can be executed easily by other flows as well. The logic was mainly moved to ProcessOvfUpdateForStoragePoolCommand, tests were added accordingly.
