Patch Set 1: Verified positive flow with http://gerrit.ovirt.org/37703 on remote reports. Not marking +1 as I am quite certain there are still many bugs. Would also like to get rid of the TODO in packaging/setup/ovirt_engine_setup/remote_engine.py and make also remote engine pluggable with _enroll_cert_manual_files and _enroll_cert_auto_ssh in their own plugins, which seems quite complex (mainly to decide on the right interface).
