Patch Set 1: Sorry again for the late response. Yes, we can merge this now and fill in logic & any modifications later. Actually I'd like to take the JavaScript build env. setup from oVirtJS project https://gerrit.ovirt.org/#/c/33720/ into this project too, in order to automate the UI plugin build and provide extra stuff like ES6 syntax support. I think we can use oVirtJS in this project to communicate with Engine REST API (e.g. to evaluate completion of achievements), instead of making HTTP calls directly. We'll also need to review existing dev stack and consider using PatternFly on top of Bootstrap to fit visually with oVirt UI.
