Change subject: bootstrap: rewrite bootstrap using the new ovirt-host-deploy
package
......................................................................

Patch Set 10:

Before starting to review the actual changes I would like to understand how do
you plan to use the org.ovirt.otopi and org.ovirt.ovirt_host_deploy packages.
Are they going to be in the same repository that hosts the rest of the code of
the engine? If so, why aren't they in this patch?

If you plan to put that in a different repository how do you plan to manage the
additional build complexity. I mean, you will have to instruct developers to
build from that other repository and install to their local maven repo prior to
building the engine. Will that be compatible with all our build systems?

What about RPM building? Do you plan to submit new package review requests for
these new components? Or do you plan to get source from two repositories in
order to build one package?
