I will change this to use AsyncDataProvider.GetConfigValuePreConverted.
But we can 't get rid of the static member's because whenever the policy is
updated/saved the values of these static fields are also updated. And when the
user creates a new cluster, these updated policy values(from the static fields)
are populated by default.
