Patch Set 1: Verified-1 Steps for failure: 1. Log into webadmin 2. Go to networks and click new. 3. Restart engine and wait to be logged out. 4. Log into webadmin 5. Go to networks and click new (this now works, it didn't before). 6. Create a new network with the name ovirtmgmt (the same as one that already exists). 7. Check engine logs and note the CanDoAction failure. 8.
