Secondly, please be so kind to use a descriptive title: "is it a bug?", "error", "question" and so on do not mean a thing. There is a large PsPad user community and if your topic is clearly defined, chances are that someone will pick it up and answer it. Finally, define "slower". Do you have to wait 5 seconds instead of 2 seconds when opening a 100 MByte-file ? There is a splash screen when PsPad starts, even for a very small file. If you want to avoid that, check the Only One Program Instance box in the System Integration program settings and keep an empty PsPad open at all times.
