  Looks like you understand the issue.
  I was hoping for something like 'Decrypt And Forward As Attachment',
which /could/ possibly be a combination of the existing 'Decrypt to
folder' (say Local/Drafts) and 'Forward As Attachment' functions.
  If that would be too much work for too less of a value, it can be "Won't Fix".
