Replying to myself. I had been using - hkps://hkps.pool.sks-keyservers.net - because someone told me once that it was a good site. It appears to be down, for me at least, at the moment. Perhaps it was before? So I sent my key to - hkps://pgp.mit.edu - and his site now displays the proper information. Sorry for the noise.
