From what it looks, I have the impression that you changed the
gpg/gpg-agent configuration to force using loopback-pinentry. I expect
the following line in your gpg.conf file:

pinentry-mode loopback

This won't work with Enigmail - Enigmail requires the use of gpg-agent
for pinentry.
