Fix various problems with pager dragging and focus.
Fix pager update when dragging to other desktop.
Try to put and end to windows getting lost (off desktop).
Set skip-focus-list flag on iconboxes, menus, and pagers.
Include no or all iconified windows in focus list.
(patch from Alan Schmitt <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>).
Partial fix to broken click-to-focus.
