Force stretching (no tiling) if transparent (should be fixed some day).
Add GetWinParent() for debugging.
Ajust (primarily click-to-focus) context window behavior.
Fix some EWin list stuff causing occasional segv.
Add some stacking debug info.
Speed up single window restacking operations, stacking code adjustments.
