- add missing statusbar files
- fill out some of statusbars api for the left/right boxes
- had to remove -lMallocDebug from the test makefile
- tree-row.edc is missing from default, commented out
- data/images/bg.edc is broken with new edje (line 292, another program
named 'x_start')
