Fix various edge flipping bugs (window moving, multihead, configuration).
Fix menu generation when iconv is not available.
Fix skip window lists.
Add qnd noshadow op.
Fix menu lockup problem.
Scale shadow opacity with window opacity.
Fix clients being destroyed after MapRequest but before reparent.
