*Use sockets instead of xmlNanoHttp to fetch covers since new versions of
libxml2 seems to have bugs with nanoHttp
*Many fixes and cleanups
*Covers are now displayed on eclair GUI
*Add a few ideas to TODO list
*Still have to fix some bugs related to cover support that happened on eclair
shutdown
