* Should fix a segv which happened on exit, related to gtk
* Improve the behavior of the gtk file chooser:
- We can now add folders
- an "All" and a "None" buttons to select the files in the chooser
- Save the last location opened
- Add a file chooser for load a playlist
* Save the the playlist on exit, and reload it during the next start of eclair
* Some code cleanup
