I'm relatively new to desktop linux, as I'm sure this e-mail is going to make
painfully obvious, so forgive me if I'm asking something obvious.

when first installing this, it seemed that my existing guis were using some
of the old lib files, so I --force --nodeps'd the additional rpms I needed before
I installed enlightenment. I'm not sure if this has a direct effect, but for
some reason, whenever I start enlightenment, it just locks up on me.

I'm not entirely sure if it's actually even executing, although it shows up
in a ps listing. I'm using the graphical login screen and can't find a way
to add it to the menu, but I've used the switchdesk command and checked it from
there, and logged in under default. no help.

it loads a blue screen and then stalls.

can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong, and furthermore, how to add it to my
login screen?

help is greatly appreciated.
