I think it's worth to put a bit of effort into E16 to have a reasonable window manager until E17 blows everything away.not to discourage but i think effort is definitely better spent elsewhere at this stage. i know kwo might be interested in it - but its patchable only with ugly exception code and even then you'll still have other problems around...
I don't think the pager window title glitches are too hard to fix, but it will not happen in E16.6.
