Sorry for the late reply. Your mail has been stuck somewhere in bitspace until now.I have attached a patch(against a clean 0.16.6) that allows dock applets of variable size. A few applets nowadays are of other sizes than 64x64.
I have committed your patch. Could you or someone using E from CVS please let me know if the dock stuff still works? Also, I would appreciate a few directions on how to try it out myself, like where do I find an applet :)
