Eh... well, it wasn't known to me.
I cannot reproduce the reported stacking problem in E16.6 (it's not the
mplayer thing again, is it?).
I'm not going to do any more about it as the stacking code has been
significantly changed in E16.7.
In E16.7 I know that there may be a problem with stacking and buttons.
If anybody knows of other stacking problems than that, please let me
know.
