[E-devel] Emotion not building from CVS

Using a fresh version from CVS on November 10, afternoon, the following 
error occurs and prevents emotion and consequently Ewl from building. 
This error occurs in the directory "libs/emotion/data". I tried changing 
the EDC file, but it always errors on the first image in the EDC. Tried 
different LOSSY, COMP settings with no luck.

Any thoughts?
